Alfalfa sprouts juice

Alfalfa, the king of sprouts, is one of the most valuable plants on earth.

Alfalfa sprout juice contains a myriad of valuable minerals such as calcium, chlorine, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, silicon, sodium and zinc, among other.

The juice is also a splendid source of chlorophyll and amino acids. It also have a high antioxidant activity and phytoestrogen concentration, which may be important in preventing diseases un humans.

Alfalfa sprout juice also supplies a full range of vitamins from A, B complex, C and E to vitamin K, a blood coagulant.

Juice made purely from this grass have a strong disagreeable flavor. It may be diluted it with distilled or filtered water.

The juice blends well with all other juices and can be used on a daily basis. Combining alfalfa juice with more mild green vegetables such as fresh parsley, mint, spinach or celery or adding flavor with carrot, pineapple, or apple juice will make the drink more palatable.

This green juice is a blood cleanser, bactericide, and natural tranquilizer.
