Carrot juice and dehydration

Carrot juice supplies fluid to the body to combat dehydration. It also replenished sodium, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, sulphur and magnesium.

Carrot juice with a little honey is highly effective in all sorts of fevers, general debility, nervous disorders, anemia, lassitude, low vitality, and rundown conditions.

Make a fresh ‘liver cocktail’ each day using a juicer. The juice consists of 2 ounces of beet juice, 3 ounces of carrot juice and 3 ounces of cucumber juice. It is good for skin.
