Health benefits of ginger juice

Ginger is a large tuberous horizontal perennial plant having knots. Fresh ginger root is pungent and heating and has a sweet vipaka. Ginger can improve circulation, relieve congestion, help break down blood clots and may aid in preventing heart attacks.

Preparation of ginger juice:
Peel the ginger pieces
Grate the peeled ginger.
Squeeze the juice out of the grated ginger.

Ginger juice with lemon juice and mixed with little rock salt powder is effective in flatulence, indigestion and anorexia.

A mixture of 1 teaspoon each of ginger juice and fresh onion juice is good to settle down nausea and vomiting.

Ginger juice is highly beneficial in the treatment of sexual weakness. For better results, half a teaspoon of ginger juice should be taken with half-boiled egg and honey once daily at night for a month.

It tones up the sex centres and cures impotency, premature ejaculation and spermatorrhoea.
