Turnip juice and cancer

Iron, beta-carotene, selenium, vitamin C, calcium, potassium, vitamin E can be easily obtained from juice of apple, spinach, green pepper, parsley, garlic, turnip, kale, orange broccoli, carrot, collard green and all the nutrients are preventive and curative of cancer.

It was believed that turnip juice have a healing criteria for prevention of cancer. Turnip juices contain high calcium, magnesium and potassium. It contain high amount of vitamin C, and significant amounts of beta carotene, a photochemical that protects against various forms of cancer.

Beta-carotene is a powerful antioxidant. Studies have shown that people who eat a diet high in beta carotene have a reduced risk of cancer, particularly of the lung, colon and stomach.

Turnip juice, with twice the amount of vitamin C as oranges or tomatoes, can be extracted from both the root and the leafy greens of the turnip.

It was said that turnip juice if consumed at least six times a day for someone facing challenge of cancer – this can do a lot toward creating a chemistry where cancer cells cannot thrive.

The juice makes the body less acidic and more alkaline plus the green chlorophyll in this juice enables the blood cells to circulate a lot more oxygen at the cellular level.
